The problem is when I want to buy a few figures from the same line or series. Take Persona 5 for example.
How much did it cost for Yukiko, Chie, and Yu figmas? Chie/Yukiko were like $25, with Yu being closer to $50 - like, 100 bucks total, and I'm talking about importing and everything. Let's assume I buy say, 2 Persona D-Arts as well. We're up to what, $180? For 5 figures.
Now, if I want to collect Persona 5 figma...they each cost about. Now they're costing $70-90 to import.

That's 2 Persona 5 figmas for the cost of 3 Persona 4 figmas and 2 D-Arts

Yeah it seams like only a few years ago import figures were 30 to maybe 50 bucks Canadian . Now it’s more like 90 to 120. Even Hasbro is asking 40 for their 80th anniversary figures. It’s getting out of hand and it’s our fault for continuing to pay that much. I’m definitely going to start narrowing down what I collect.

I just paid $50 shipping for about 80 bucks of kits, they were 10 bucks kits. so in total that was 130 bucks.

If I got them from amazon/bbts, each 10 buck kit would be like 20/30, amazon has free shipping but I would've still have paid more for that.

Private warehouse and ems having a soft cap of 50 bucks for shipping is pretty good
