Mattel has gotten the Scooby Doo master license, after years of Scooby Doo toys being made by Character Mattel has finally gotten the Scooby Doo toy license, they already made Imaginext toys but this master toy license holder will let them do action figures and more. All of this is part of a campaign to relaunch scooby doo next year with SCOOB.
