The only time i ever considered buying a Mattel figure was waaaay back when Harley Quinn came out and i couldn't get over how green her face looked.
Seriously, 4H shouldn't make humans, unless they're superman or someone else big, because they're ALWAYS gigantic. Their teens are seriously awful because of that.
I have SDCC Swamp Thing though and i don't regret it. Still looks great, despite how limited the articulation is (both by dated engineering and rubber skin).
