I want proper seacons set. Not some oversized third party garbage but a proper modern toy.
I will even buy a shitty Abominus remold with seacons colors splatted all over.

Tentakil is pretty crappy though so I would skip him.

The TFC bots barely look like the characters they're supposed to be.

-Wrong colors
-Over designed aesthetic that ignores important visual cues like the chest spikes size.
-Snaptrap turtle mode is laughable.
-Awful, almost amateur looking combiner headsculpt
-Huge useless pink sword

Then again, you could say most of those issues apply to the gen selects, its fucking sad the g1 version still the best.

The only real flaw the Generations one has is that the Combiner elbow is not designed to hold up another limb as a gun's weight, to the point that Takara's stock photos of it using the targetmaster actually have a "toy can't actually support this pose" footnote.

Oversized combiner hands
Excesive kibble on all the limb bots
Limb bots partsforming their tails
Nautilator and Seawing connecting backwards cause they're just retools.

Fuck, just looking at the photos I can tell the plastic quality is a lot better than the reissue. I'm honestly surprised how much flak the Encore Bruticus got for the same issue but everyone just seemed to ignore the Piranacon reissue for some reason.

Nah, I've seen plenty of (completely justified) complaints about the reissue Seacons. Lousy tolerances and joint strength, plus inexplicable plastic color alterations. The reissue is to be avoided at all costs.

Probably could if you just loaded the ball joints with Futureshine. I've made some incredibly stiff joints by doing a few coats over the course of a week or so.

I really hope someone makes toy decals for the upcoming Takara Seacons, and not Reprolabels because their stuff looks like cheap trash. The figure looks like it's missing something and i'm 99% sure it's the cheesy robot decals.
