The thing that needs to be understood is that some people may have it harder or easier when it comes to getting laid. Elephant man will have a hard time finding someone to accept his disfigurement, but it doesn't out him out of the running of having sex.
Physical deformaties don't make having sex impossible, unless those deformities directly prevented the mechanical function of sex to be possible. As long as sex is a voluntary act that 2 people agree upon, then anyone can get laid provided the condition I described. It's a culmination of what choices you make that decides whether you get laid or not.
That someone fails to get laid in their lifetime does not mean or imply that the goal was impossible. Merely that the wrong decisions were made which unfortunately lead to not getting laid.
