Looking for a toy with just description.

Toy was a figure with samurai armor that I believe was Metallic Red, though there may have been other colors. The armor could be taken off and put together into what I think was Dragon.

I keep thinking it's a Ninja Turtle toy from the 90's, but I can't place it.
