I collected these back when G Gundam and several of the UC shows were on Cartoon Network. I just opened up the plastic tub of my collection after I-can't-remember-how-many years of not having displayed them.
Anyone else ever collect these?

I have over 200. Slowly completing my hyper mode collection and then I'll be done with G. I'm overall mostly just missing a bunch of Japanese exclusives like Titans colors Zeta and other variants like that.

I have hyper mode Bolt. Waiting on good listings for the rest. I hated them as a kid but think they're cool as hell now. I don't know if I want to get into Battle Scarred. I hated those as a kid too but I'll get the Dragon since it comes with so much shit.

I probably had close to 50 of them. Got rid of them during my “I’m an adult” teenage phase, what a dumbass move. I would love to collect them again but they’re just so expensive now compared to when they were on shelves.

I always wanted Rose and Shadow Gundam, but never saw them in stores. I had Deathscythe, Deathscythe Hell, Heavyarms, Heavyarms Custom, 08th MS Team GM Custom, and Char's Zaku (the really pink one).

Oh man I remember this. I never understood the butler suit. Was it to reload more roses? Was it to fix it's master suit? Very strange stuff. Reminds me of the "Windmill Gundam" from the tournament series.

I bought one expecting it to be regular plastic toy, but it turned out to be soft and heavy, as it it's made of rubber or some shit.
Is it rubber?
Will it deform over time?

I mean, PVC is more waterproof and fireproof than normal plastic. So if you happen to suffer a house fire from an improperly powered Keurig coffee maker you have in the downstairs bathroom, your scale model of Manchester High School might survive a bit better if it was made out of PVC instead of normal Lego plastic.

These guys stand the test of time. Very posable except for some of the more wacky designs. Lots of accessories, tons of variety from vehicles, carriers, combiners, giants like dark Gundam and grand Gundam

I had soo many of these bad boys as a kid. Out of all the many I no longer have...I wish I still had Dark Gundam Final Form.

I adored these as a kid and wish I still had all of mine. They're just a bit too expensive these days, and I'd go nuts with buying them if I ever started again.
G Gundam hands down had my favorite mobile suit designs. Maxter Gundam was best boy.

I have a ton of them. Most of my favorites are still in the shoe box I used to use as a transport ship. Wish I could find all the accessories still. Sazabi was the most badass.

I wish they had released Big Zam over here. I was always impressed by it when I saw pics. I'm glad we got a bunch of vehicles though adn the four kings in G Gundam. Didn't the U.S. get all of those before Japan?

yup, because the G Gundam figures were made primarily for the Western market since it was the new hotness at the time

Sparring matches actually. It's implied the butler is an old veteran at gundam piloting bcause unlike the gundam fighter system, it used analog controls including a steering wheel of all things. Yet he was able to keep up with the Rose Gundam for training.

Oh no way. I guess that makes sense. Sort of like how Batman has his butler who helps him on missions and helps to keep him on his toes and in fighting shape by helping to train and take care of him. Cool stuff.

I was averse to this line at first, because

But after getting a couple for like 500 yen each and posing and messing with them I grew to love them.
I'd rather have 10 of these little motherfuckers than one overpriced robot damashii that looks like snap build from 2 meters away.
I guess low price makes it for me? They're still very good so I'm collecting them now.
