The knight did stupid modifications to the joints, and by some miracle they all worked as intended, the shoulder ratchet joints are too strong for the ball joints they're connected to. So they either pop off or you have to very carefully click the joints if you want to spread the arms. And torso joint is a complete waste, might as well be a stick for swivel. For some reason they did something never done before and they fucked it up hard.
