I genuinely believe there's an untapped market for cutesy and cartoony characters. Everything from the cereal monsters to mighty mouse, there's a lot of money there, but no one takes advantage of it. Shame.

i just want a well articulated figure of alita with her torn cape. the only figures that are out there are her with the last order design, but it's hard to find it for anything less than 300 dollars. and the doll with actual cloth clothing, but i've never seen one go for sale online. it sucks knowing all of the new toys will just be her movie design, since the manga is that damn obscure.

Speaking of the movie design, what ever happened to that 1/12 figure that was being made? Someone posted the prototype. Anyone remember the company? I think they’d previously only made third party transformers.
