The molds (you should not be seeing that much seams and runny mold on areas like the hair) and paint always turn out messy. After many years they still don't understand that some parts of the sculpts on small figures need to be simplified, and their joints still need some updating. So yeah, their customers are people who are oblivious or fans who cave in due to SE hogging the action figure license of their characters.
