I once has SHF SS3 and it just wasnt worth it. So I sold it for bank and got SSG Goku instead.

The thing is, whether people like to admit it or not, the Ape Vegeta is a pretty niche figure. It's slightly more useful than Shenron, but still its own scale, will probably be very expensive and all-around not the kind of thing people are likely to buy as, say, a 60-70 dollar Broly, Frieza, etc.
I agree with you, they probably should make it a webshop exclusive, and I hope they do.
As for dioramas, effects packs, etc. I feel like they should base how well those are received on well, actually how they are received. Dioramas seem like something that might be a bit more niche, but I can see effects and face/head packs doing very well.

As for dios? Difficult. I feel like the best ones are the ones that are fairly versatile.
Ignoring that, World Tournament, Cell Games, Tournament of Power all seem like they would be good options.

Considering they have almost no confidence in Vegeta figures selling to begin with (literally in this 10 year-old line, the only Vegeta figures that have been retail are Scouter Vegeta 2.0 and Super Vegeta 2.0) the biggest figure in the line that is also a battle damaged, off-scale figure from the very end of a fight of a figure that already rarely gets regular releases is probably going to be a somewhat hard sell in their eyes.

Biggest thing about Vegeta is he's had almost as many costume changes and slight changes to design as Bulma has over the years and everyone has a preference + they kinda shat the bed with some releases like Majin vegeta.
Only in super has he had a slightly consistent battle design.

I think it would be a lot more work than just "minimal" retooling to turn Vegeta into any of those other characters.

I could see just a straight, generic Oozaru figure with no armor or anything being made perfectly fine, even if it required all new tooling, since you could use it in a lot of scenarios.

Baby/Golden Oozaru I just don't see happening...they haven't even put out an entry-level GT figure like SS4 Goku, let alone something like a freaking Giant Baby figure.

They'd be neat, I guess, but let's wait to see the price and a few other things on Vegeta before we start wanting like half a dozen more of these guys.

Yes, but that pic is to just show people how many potential variations there are of essentially the same figure. And thats not even all of them, for the Seekers. And there are people who buy every last one of them. Every time.

Not that anon, but I'll be getting this for sure as I've been satisfied so far with the recent output from DF.

For $47 I think it's a good option. It comes with a bunch of accessories and when you're only other choices are the barebones rose repaint, or the official release for double the price it's a no brainer.

Put it this way, it'll look 100 times better than having the Dragon Stars in your SHF display!

Possible, though they could also do a Namek Vegeta normal or battle damaged otherwise. Actually I just now realized since the Earth Dragon Balls are getting a second set, that means the Namekian can as well, so it kinda doesn't matter. Ginyu Force + Zarbon and Dodoria for one set, then whoever else for the second.
