Never got a shipping notice after the confirmation email.
First news I got from it was from a British customs broker agency telling me to pay the import duties for a package coming from Hong Kong.
I emailed SC to ask them if that was indeed the item since I had received no shipping notice.
I got no answer.
I paid the agency because they seemed legit.
I got the item no problem.
So, it all worked fine, but communication could be better.
Also it is my impression that items that enter the EU through other countries than the UK might have a lower chance of getting taxed? And that items sent from Hong Kong may be likely to fly to the UK? Just conjecture.
I've preordered the skeletons from amiami since I guess the price with shipping will end being comparable or just marginally more expensive and I'll be able to combine with the typical minor stuff that you wouldn't buy by itself (like beastboxes, cheap models and shit).
But yeah, I ordered and it worked.
