Because Western collectors who haven't become Banzai and Nipponpilled are mostly poorfags who cannot comprehend the idea of "quality over quantity" and won't spend more than $20 on a single figure. Unless it's some rare Funko Pop exclusive from a convention which goes for like $200.

Modern Figmas are hit or miss, it's true. But they're STILL better than 99.9% of Western figures. Not to mention they actually can be sold on the BST as they have proper resealable packaging rather than blister packs like shitty Western figures.
