>>7895777>Buyer beware with that lotWhat do people actually have against TFS? I'm genuinely curious since I've been buying from them for years of dozens of orders with no issue. I've even had a few bad QC issues on figures (missing pieces, misassembled parts, etc) and customer support hooked me up with replacement parts right away, no extra charge. I didn't even have to go through the manufacturers or anything.
Honestly, the only complaint I've seen that I agree 100% with is that their "sales" are often notoriously bad. Hell, their BF sale this year was actually probably the only time I've ever seen them offer anything decent at any meaningful discount (though most of it was still useless 2% discounts).
>>7895784Mold OUTSIDE the box, yeah, that's definitely their fault for allowing that to be sold, but if it was only INSIDE, then that's gonna be harder to pick up on since the glossy outsides of the box could easily hide any issue. Looking at
>>7895700 it does appear to only be internal. Add to that, the boxes are made to look weathered and worn so it could make it harder to spot possible damage at a glance unless the mold was really bad on the outside. They also probably can't check the insides of the boxes because they have a MISB policy on unopened products. If they receive it sealed, it stays sealed and it's up to the customer if they're gonna open it.
