So, some pros and cons
Saberforge
Pros:
-You can custom build from a wide variety of parts with various color options
-you can purchase plug and play to easily build and customize your own saber
-stunt sabers have a large lithium ion battery with decent life, but can also be swapped out if you have extra batteries
Cons:
-No inner chassis to protect electronics from banging around sides of the body
-options with soundboards don't have option to swap out battery
-some hard edges in some body designs can be rough or even cut you
-stunt sabers are easy to accidentally shutt off if your model doesn't have a button guard or deep well.
Electrum
Pros:
-Every saber has a programable soundcard and RGB LEDs that can be changed with their app, flash on clash, deflect, and force effect included
-each saber has a decent number of coloring options
-internal chassis to protect electronics
-2 speakers on soundcard instead of just one
-interesting touch panel system to turn the saber on/off along with toggling other features(deflection/blade lock sound and light effects)
-custom weathering is hand done and each one is unique (they even add carbon scoring)
Cons
-if the chassis is removed it voids the warranty because the parts are more likely to be damaged if the chassis comes loose.
-Speakers are most susceptible to damage
-sometimes the touch panel doesn't react properly resulting in accidental or difficulty activating/deactivating
-not as many models to choose from
