I got myself the main cast from JP1 and the improved biting T-Rex! The new T-Rex looks so much better.

I want that turbo-slut from JW2, the girl with the glasses, she turned me on so much in that movie.

I was hoping I would see the bracchiosaurus in stores but didn't see shit.

M & C is releasing something like a gate and modular wired fence, meaning you can buy the panels and snap them to make like enclosures of any size you want. Worth a look if you are into building a park for your dinos.

I just put Roarivores and Dual attacks on clearance today as well. Also if theres any snap squads left in the stocking stuffer train, they were also clearanced.

Why is the Jurassic franchise so much more lucrative than Star Wars right now? The movies dropped like half of the percentage wise that SW did between sequels the the merch sells so much better

Star Wars is currently not being very inovative with their toys because there's only so much you can do with the new movies in terms of merchandise. This may not be a fair equivalent, but it would be like if Jurassic World toys were 50% raptors and t-rexes intsead of stuff like Pteranodons and Stegosaurus. Plus kids would rather play with dinosaurus than a Star Wars figure in most instances.

Dinosaurs are far more timeless than Star Wars, so kids as a whole will be into dinosaurs more often than Star Wars. Think about it: the only places to see Star Wars stuff on display (save merchandise) is at a theme park or convention. On the other hand, museums have all the skeletons and restorations and are (comparatively) more ubiquitous than a Star Wars Park or con. Kids are more likely to go to museums for school trips than Disneyland/world, because museums are usually closer and much cheaper.

Also dinosaurs are more ‘educational’ whereas Star Wars is not, so parents wanting kids to be more into science will nurture interest in the former rather than the latter.

I ended up getting the Control and Conquer Carnotaurus this Christmas (along with some Dino Rivals and Destruct-A-Saurs) and I absolutely love it. I can’t wait for the Ultimate T-Rex from the French leaks.

I missed out on that one. I didn't get back into collecting until around late 2014, and back then I was still a retail worker for Walmart so my toy-budget was small, as in I turned my nose up at $50 for the set on Ebay thinking that was exorbitant.

Now that damn thing is several times that, though I also have a much better-paying job now.

Got it back when it came out both infact turned my nose up at the rex though assuming it was the same as the bull rex but no gulping gimmick didn't realise it had ankle, and hip articulation and a ton of different sounds that the previous version did not have. Oh well win some lose some.

Yeah, I didn't even know about this until 2015 either, so at least you had chances to get it at retail price. I bought the original Bull (broken) a couple years ago since it had long been a grail of mine. Paid $68 shipped and worth every penny.
