I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Hasbro was foolish not to take advantage of a 12” line and make bigger characters. Galactus, Uatu, Apocalypse, any of the dozen Giant Men variants. $50 a pop, cases of 4 with 2 characters each, it’s printing money.

Also I’d like a Morlun. And I like Smythe from his most recent look but I know most people like the purple robot legs.

Kinda surprising we haven’t seen a ton of the classic characters. Wonder Man, Ms. Marvel, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, Moon Knight, Doctor Strange, War Machine, Falcon, Beta Ray Bill. I can’t believe we haven’t seen any of them in their classic looks. Most of these would appeal to the casual collector. Maybe Hasbro is sitting on them for a reason.

I mean what other Ghost Rider could they make? Alejandra? Robbie and his Charger are a shadow of a pipe dream. I'd love to see that get made but I don't see it happening any time soon, unless its part of HasLab. Though I will say King of Hell Johnny looks pretty cool and I wouldn't be against that getting made, but we should get a new Danny first.

It really shows how high quality the Sinister six figures are. Sandman admittedly should’ve been on the Luke Cage MCU body, but Mysterio and a Doc Ock are brand new sculpts, and Vulture and Kraven are excellent examples of reuse with good paint jobs and new parts. Now if we could get a classic Electro on the 2099 body with some new forearms with Lightning bits, the set would be perfect.

Rogues had to be clearanced off for as low as $5 a piece MIB, but it stayed at that price from around September of 2016 until April of 2017. A lot of people (like myself) bought one just because it was so stupid cheap, and some people bought tons. It was the first X-Men wave in years, and at Toy Fair 2017 they showed off Jim Lee Cyclops too. It was pretty clear that (hopefully) Hasbro was going to go all-in on that era of X-Men. And here we are now with both completed teams and dozens of collectors who were late to the party are only missing one figure: Rogue. I knew it would blow up like it did, but I didn’t have the money or the patience to wait 4 years for a $1200 payout unfortunately.

You're probably thinking of DC Collectibles Icons line, which was great, but a little small compared to Legends. Multiverse is Mattel's line, and they were for the most part Legends scale, they just sucked. Essentials is DC Collectible's replacement for Icons, and they're all reused 7 inch bodies with little to no accessories. Basically a downgrade in every way.

Here's a reference photo of where to cut if anyone is interested in the mod. Just cut those parts out carefully and precisely. The left leg socket is a bit longer than the right one. I just sanded down the flesh peg a bit on mine to match legs up perfectly.

I have a Spider-Verse shelf and have tons of alternate Spidey's including the regular PS4 costume, but I skipped this. I pre-ordered the Ends of the Earth armor even though it's technically the game version, I still got it since it was in the comics. The Velocity suit though... Yeah, I think it's easily the worst figure from the wave, followed by Superior Ock. The torso ball joint just doesn't work without a double ball joint. His range of movement in the torso is incredibly limited without the normal ab crunch and it really sucks.

His tentacles are also really pathetic and I don't like them at all.

Lightning collection scales with Legends. They're supposed to be teenagers so most ranger characters are a tad smaller than the average Legend. But they're appropriately scaled to go with Legends. Moreso than the previous BoA Legacy collection or the SHF which were too large and too small respectively.

I compared mine to a few MLs, it's the exact same height as Nightcrawler so i'm going to say it's the same scale. Cyclops was slightly taller (his body is very common) and Wolverine was about as much shorter as Cyclops was taller.

I've only seen one Dani in the wild and I think it the only reason it wasn't taken before I got there was because it had some smudgy black paint on the yellow parts of her outfit. That said, I bought it anyway, and it turned out it might have just been dried paint flakes because they actually just wiped off, and it turned out I got a perfectly fine Dani after all.

Why is it that we're not really bothered by the double jointed knees when it is on spandex pants figures, but if it is flesh tone, especially for girls it is really gross? Gwenpool, Jubilee also suffer the same issue. It's uncanny, like looking at the Doll from Bloodborne with all her jointed fingers
