So I'm trying to make a Minifig USB drive like pic related. Hollowing out the body so it can house a small drive is easy but trying to turn the legs into a cover for the drive proves to be a challenge. There are guides on how to do it online but most of them discard the legs.

Has anyone ever done this before? If so, can I get any tips?
