>>7937872Completely serious. I love retro, and what good are toys in boxes? As an older collector, shit piles up fast, especially packaging.
>>7937874Just tired of seeing constant narcissistic stupidity. "Why aren't these toys made for MEEEEEEEEEE???? REEEEEEEEE". Fucking tiresome.
>>7937917"Better" is relative. I'm sure you and I can both agree their sales tactics are much, much worse. Want that Sorceress? That'll be $200+ for Castle Greyskull. This was the kind of shit that got me OUT of Lego. The Mega Construx figures are neat, and I have a few, but it still doesn't *quite* scratch my toy needs. I love customizing, and these Megas are too small for accessories, I really prefer 1:18 scale. If you were around for Kenner Star Wars, their mantra was "Collect Them All!", and I don't care to buy extra sets with extra figures to get the new exclusive figures. But again, nice suggestion, fun toys, shit for collecting them all.
>>7937953they are selling 5POA to COLLECTORS. Just because "others are doing it too" doesn't mean that's what Mattel's fucking GOAL is. I don't know why I even waste time trying to explain this shit to your dumb ass. McDonalds sells toys too, do you expect those "quality" to be on Wal Mart shelves too? These new MOTU have to compete with Marvel Legends for kid's allowances. Kids aren't buying the Star Wars 5POA. Quit arguing like a little bitch and stop to think for a moment about what Mattel wants to accomplish with their business model.
