This doesn't happen on ebay does it?
Can I do anything to this fuckface seller or it's a common practice in japans and I have to deal with it?

It's not common, but it does happen.
From 2001 to 2015 I purchased around 30,000 items off YJA that I imported and sold, and that happened to me maybe like, a dozen times.
There are assholes and scammers, even in Japan.

OP's deputy/forwarding agent would have to do that, if it's even an option on YJA, and most forwarding services refuse to spend the time doing shit like that.

I doubt it's against any rules, since "early closure" is an option they enable/disable. Of course, if you were the highest bidder at the time, you still should have gotten it. If they outbid you just so they could close it then that's unfortunate.

Just once to me.

Some piece of work had a Figma Spiderman, the one with the gun, listed for $15 AUD with a "Make an offer" button. About five hours before the auction ended I offered him $10 AUD since no one had bid on it. He responded with a counter offer of $3k. I message him asking what was wrong, it wasn't going to sel so I made an offer. Tells me he paid $99 for it and it's really expensive and blah blah and says he'll make me a "reasonable" counteroffer of $30 AUD. I just lowballed for the hell of it, sometimes they land sometimes they don't and I'd have bid if he just declined it, but to offer it to me for more than it would sell for in the next couple of hours was silly.

By then the auction had two hours to go so I just bid the $15. After the auction was over he cancelled the transaction and listed it for $99. I hasn't sold and he keeps relisting it. IN fees he'll eventually only make $15 on the thing if it ever sells at all. It's not a good figure, I just didn't have a Spiderman and I figure every collection needs one and it was cheap.

A month later I go the Figma 199 Spiderman, with the backpack, for $18 AUD free shipping and it was legitimate and unopened. Also not a great figure but the little smart phone and backpack are cool for other figures and now I have a Spiderman sitting in my Superhero bar.
