Hans face sculpt is bad, jacket too dark.
Lando looks fat and has a plastic shell instead of a cape, not even face printing so you just know there will be a better re-release down the line or Figuarts does something nice with a cloth cape.
Black Series Stormtroopers are the worst version because of the weird helmet and lanky proportions from being a product so early in the line. My preferred version is the Bandai model kit. It’s not worse than building Lego but if you absolutely don't dare building I would say the new ANH Figuarts.
Vaders 40th Anniversary ANH Black Series with the giant display base is good, that was rereleased in a red box as a ANH or Rogue One Vader as well. Other good Vaders are the ANH an ROTJ Figuarts, also the Rogue One Mafex but there are so many it really comes down to comparisons and taste, Fwoosh shows all feasible options side by side except ROTJ Figuarts. If you are pure Black Series I can assure you ANH Vader is better than the upcoming TESB Re-release also known as Walrus Man.
R2-D2 Black Series is vastly undersized, I would also recommend an import. Model Kit is the most appropirate for a droid but needs many decals or paint apps. Next best one would again be the Figuarts.
The Chewie 3PO pack is great but could be more accurate. Model Kit 3PO has chrome gold parts and doesn’t really need paint apps or decals and Figuarts Chewie looks better but is undersized.
Best Bobas are the Mafex ones but that’s not a feasible option anymore, Black Series is the next best one.
Yoda is hard, Black Series OT is and will be the only option unless you are cool with getting extorted.
Black Series Leias are great, too. Hoth, Bespin and ANH 40th.
