Bring arts is going fine, it just updates very infrequently.

That one is actually accurate to the weird 3d animation side-story it was featured in.

Sure the PAK is great except for it's odd scaling that goes with nothing else. Saw one at my LCS and was tempted but the larger scale put me off. However, I'm not talking about the PAK. I'm talking about the Bring Arts Kai in the OP which is far more stylized to its source material than the 1000toys is to it's respective source material. Don't try to move the goal post by bringing up a completely different figure.
