is a total asshat. I found the site through a google
search I was looking for a place that had reasonable
prices and shipping that was in the same country
I didn't want to get killed by exchange rate
so I found Northmen Collectibles I first made
the mistake about not reading up on it
first. It seemed good from the website so I
pre-ordered a few things. I'm not a pre-order person
I only do it when I feel I won't beable to get it
in person so I want to secure one through pre-order
So the pre-order went through it was 4 items
and I was going to get them all at the same time
so I waited until the stuff came out
The releases came and went I didn't hear anything
no emails saying that stuff is on it way
I didn't hear about any problems nothing
and it kinda slipped my mind.
then 6 months pass... I was cleaning out my
inbox and seen the original pre-order email
so being that the time passed I had bought
2 of the 3 Items I had pre-ordered so I went
on the website and looked at the order
it still said "pending" so I said I don't
know what happened to this I'll cancel it
there was no cancel button so I wrote to
the "customer service" email and
explained that I pre-ordered this stuff
and it should have been shipped 4 months ago
I don't know what happened but I would like
to cancel my order.
and what happened after that I never received
a email reply back so fast in all my years online
and he was pissed!!
he tells me that he should sue me becasue I can't
pre-order things and let it sit for 6 months
and then demand to have it canceled
and then go on and on about how I'm a horrible
person and its people like me that ruin small
business and all this trash.
and that email was followed up with a shipping
notice! so he charged me for 3 of the 4 items
that I ordered (what happened to the 4? he says
he lost it?!? so I won't be charged for it)
and shipped the stuff out.
