Many of their men refuse to even have sex anymore(as if Japan treats women as anything other than property to start with), let alone the idea of seeking real employment. And most of their "better quality" toys are of underage girls so they're wasted on the subject matter.
Also, if most of you foreigners obsessed with them went there, you'd be as welcome as a black man in Alabama, if not arrested by police for a random crime you didn't commit and forced to sign a confession.
