These are pretty slow threads but I know some of us here collect plush / stuffed toys as well.

I just bought one of the Hashtag Collectibles Pepes for retail. I know these were kind of popular here awhile ago but missed out on them initially.

I need to find a better way to store my bears. I’ve got all my plush stored in the same big bin that I’ve had for years since I was a child. Which might be fine for some more worn-out toys that I don’t care too much about the condition of. But for my bears and their clothes I’m worried that they’re getting a little fucked up by staying in that bin. I need to clean it out and make sure there aren’t any silverfish in there. Maybe a separate closed bin for my bears, and a box for their clothes.

I'm stunned at the timing of your post. I very recently got into Godzilla and was looking at all the Rodan plush available when I stumbled across prototypes for the Toy Vault Rodan on eBay. They're far out of my price range, but I personally think some of the earlier versions are better-looking than the one that was released, mainly because of the cute goofy face.

I considered getting one of those but if I’m going to pay that price I’d rather buy the new condition fire Rodan plush that’s currently up. I did buy the prototype Gigan though since he’s so rare and I’ve been wanting one for a while now.

What I’m absolutely kicking myself over is not bidding on the unreleased Trendmasters Rodan plush. The starting bid was already high and I didn’t feel like getting into a bidding war. Turns out only ONE person bid on it. I’m absolutely livid at myself.

I totally respect that choice, the fire Rodan plush has such nice and vibrant colors. And great catch on Gigan, I'm in awe of the detail on him! God, I feel your pain at the lost opportunity for Trendmasters Rodan. I've known that regret far too often. Given there seems to be a fair number out there for such an old prototype, I wish you the absolute best of luck in getting a second chance to add him to your collection. It would have been great if the latest film had spurred some nice plush for the kaiju so we could have something new and readily available, but I also understand why they don't have the same marketing value as figures. It's a shame nonetheless.

Objectively it would probably be the recent Pokémon Center plushes with wires in them. Personally, I think the play-by-play plush is the best looking. The roaring pose looks amazing, I should probably get around to buying one some day.

hey, i know this is asking a lot but can you guys help me find the model of my dear teddy bear i lost a long time ago or at least similar pictures to him, color wise he look very similar with the one on the top left, his general shape looked like the one on the down left, the fur texture looked very similar like the one of the right and his hands,feet and bow had a red tartan patten on it
so far the only brands i found that make somewhat similar models are russ, harrods and douglass, i got him somewhere around 2000-2005 but depending on the person who bought it, he might be a second hand one so i dont really know how old he was

Hey anon, I don't believe it's the EXACT thing you're looking for, but Duffy the Disney Bear from Japan, Honk Kong, Asia, etc. area is pretty similar looking. Especially the fur. IDK if it needs to be that exact little dude, but I picked up one of the Duffy Bears at Tokyo Disney last year for my mother, and she loves it. Sorry if doesn't link up correctly but, still gets pretty close.

These are the only plushies I have had growing up. Growing up I never bothered getting any and instead "upgraded" to just toys.

I got the Mario when I was 7 in Mexico, back in the early 90's. And Bimbo bear years later, also there.
