You're leaving out too many important details. Do they have memories of everything they would have "seen" before coming to life, or are they operate on a blank slate? Do they immediately understand their existence as toys, or do they think they're the real deal? If they're based off fictional characters, do they exhibit the personalities of those characters? Do they follow Toy Story rules where they can talk and move in ways they shouldn't be able to? If they can talk, do they all speak the language of whomever owns them, do they speak the native tongue of where they came from, or do they speak only the language(s) of the character they're supposed to represent? There's a lot of variables to "coming to life" you aren't clarifying.

I think the only "bad" toy I have is a devil gigatron, and he'd have to stand up to CS Mazinger Z, Great Mazinger, Mazinkaiser, and Shin Getter, plus a cadre of mobile suits including God Gundam and Tryon 3.
