>>7960192I don't have a ton to contribute, but when I was a kid, Ronin Warriors used to come on in the mornings and my mom would tape it for me... but then it abruptly stopped since it was just the WB affiliate or whatever. I was really sad, so we searched around for other channels and found Sailor Moon, which I knew nothing about, but it seemed like it was probably the Ronin Warriors' girlfriends since they were also in the same art style and had 5 characters wearing different colors. I kept watching and waiting for the Ronin Warriors to come back.
...Then Sailor Moon stopped running and I was really sad because no one ever came. My mom helped me search the channels again and we found Samurai Pizza Cats. I assumed since the art was the same and Sailor Moon had cats and samurai armor, this must also be the continuation of Ronin Warriors but now connected to Sailor Moon. So I kept watching and waiting for the Ronin Warriors...
It took me until I was like 12 or 13 to realize all anime wasn't the same show I was missing episodes of.
