Risers are honestly cumbersome to use, I've taken to preferring spice racks. Maybe thats a bit tacky, but it works nicely.

They look nice. If you have a Daiso Japan nearby, they sell acrylic cases and risers. I've bought risers for my stuff and bought my dad some of these for his model cars.
