If you want generic Yakuza figures there is a line for that by Worldbox. I don't know anything about the figures themselves, I only stumbled across them while looking for accessories, but I know they exist.

Asmus made a 8 inch figure of Kiryu and Majima that look great but don't scale with anything. about 100 each but both are apparently better than the figma and less expensive somehow.
