>>7977497Like the other guy said, /toy/ is full of liars who hate on lines because either it's a "competitor" or because someone they hate likes it.
So just hang out in the various threads and just watch what people post. If you like what you see, buy it.
Nothing really hard about that.
Sometimes what's posted comes from reviews, so you'll want to watch or read those, because /toy/ also likes to warp what they say or just cherry pick to say it's bad.
And i've been buying Mezcos One:12s since the line launched and have had no problems. With some figures i own multiples like Deadpool in XMen, XForce, and standard colors. I had one in a box with this legs all squished up, just to see if the rubbery cloth parts will degrade or stay bent or get fucked up from just being permanently creased for months and months.
This is how it looks like years later. Stored in a plastic box with no moisture packets. Closet it's been in has a wall that faces the afternoon sun, so it can get hot on summer days. Still smooth and glossy.
Never had a problem with other figures despite being constantly on display to be fiddled around with, other than the fabric being a little harder to dust. My other Deadpools have no problems either, despite those plastic harnesses rubbing around the fabric and pleather.
I seem to have misplaced a few figures that are all pleather and i want to check on those.
