I want to have a thread dedicated to random toys that you used alongside other figures they didn't belong to as fill in characters to add to your campaigns. Examples would be a random barbarian you used as a new He-Man character, a Go-Bot you used as your own hero in your Transformers story, or a random Power Ranger you used as a new villain your Spiderman has to battle.

My personal example is this old Chap Mei monster that I would have fight alongside my Gorgonites as a new member of the team. He as basically the recon on account of his small size so he would be hiding in my gram's pantry scouting for enemies to fight. How about you guys? Share your random lads itt.
