Not since 2014. Rebooted was the last time the theme had a single year-long story. The only other time anything got more than one wave was in 2016, when there were I think like 3 more sets for the sky pirates wave in the summer, but the rest of the summer wave was a new thing.

Who the fuck doesn’t like Ninjago? Literally every set I regret not getting in my dark age is a Ninjago set. This is the one I most would have liked to own. But many others, Misfortunes Keep, that Temple in the 2014 wave. I was just glad I got out of my dark age around the time the Lego Ninjago Movie sets were released; Dat Sand Blue! 0-0

Those globes that go around the head are probably the simplest clear pieces you can just stick on something, don’t match the shape though

That tower cannon is almost an exact copy of the nosecone gatling of that set.
However, it looks like as if the castle one doesn't even have the auto fire function and needs to be activated manually.

After a small bit of partsforming on the front tires (Mounting them to the back of the thighs) the legs are properly formed.

I wanted to include cockpits for the figs in all the components, but I skimped out on this one since I figured the legs needed to prioritize stability over style. Maybe I'll try to fit something into one of the legs later down the line.

Its not about anyone’s finances. Its a question of price versus quality of product. Its perfectly reasonable that Lego sets are 8 cents per piece USD and up. If anything lego has never been more affordable because of “adultization” in the past decade. Sets generally consist of many smaller parts instead of large moulds. The only exception is City and of course 4+ sets. You get the same amount of plastic but its a lot more useful what you get. But really, do you think a lego piece should be worth a couple cents, or what?

It basically isn’t based only on PPP. Many things factor in. Its based on mass more than PPP which is a big reason why old Pirate sets seem so outrageous at RRP, because you basically got a big baseplate, turrets, stairs, bridges, really big ass pieces. It also has to do with licensing of course. PPP is just the most useful way for us AFOLs to think about Lego’s worth.

Here's some inside info. Ninja_Whip is currently an 17-19 year old guy. I don't know Falcon personally (he's blocked for calling him out on his shit) but I'd assume he's the same age as well. They've made friends with a couple factory workers and receive images of leaked minifigures from time to time as well as printed instruction manuals for upcoming sets. Ninja doesn't like leaking as much as he used to before so he keeps stuff to himself. Falcon however doesn't care and will post what he wants. A lot of the information these scoopers provide are a combination of tiny bits of information, things found online in thorough searches, and general assumptions / common sense. What I dislike about Falcon and the other Instagram people is how they keep stuff to themselves and when they share it, tease it for attention and likes on their Instagram accounts which is kinda of fucking retarded? At the end of the day it's just leaks for LEGO I don't see why they need the fucking affirmation for this. It's annoying. Based off what I heard, Haroken or whatever his name was, lied about a bunch of the stuff he posted on Eurobricks or at least put two and two together and just presented his assumptions as fact, which people believe, and they're gonna be true because its easy to figure out.

A long time ago people used to just straight up post preliminaries on Eurobricks. Then LEGO didn't allow it, and then during the Nexo Knights leak time drawings emerged as a way around it and after a while they deemed it too similar to actual pictures so they stopped allowing that too. Very random request here. Anyone with a GI Joe fig on hand mind telling me if an axle or pin can be put in the back screw hole? I remember making backpacks for them outta Lego but I don't recall how secure the connection was or if I had to warp the plastic to make it work.

New figs for easter, previously they just mixed the new parts in the BAM station but this time they had the three figs premade in a BAM box on the shelf with the CMFs. 3 unique figs for £5 is still good but I don't like that you can't choose your own accessories.

That's the problem with my beard. It's shaped like a bush. It's curly and there are hairs standing out. The premature greying isn't doing me any favours either. I trimmed it a couple days ago but I want to shave it. I tried a low effort cosplay the other day with a mask over a balaklava and my cheek area was spilling out the lower sides of the mask.
