My personal favorite is Richard Grannon because there are very few men talking about this and women are always female-centric, though it is best to listen to multiple people because they all have slightly different angles, some focusing on family, others on relationships.
The issue is, when looking out for narcissistic traits in other people it’s to easy to claim everybody you know to be a narcissist. That’s because we all have these issues to a point.
You should cut people with those traits and signs out of your life completely because it’s very likely to only get worse. Finding people with none or few of those traits is rare but better alone than being stuck with people who wants to use you like an object (willingly or oblivious about themselves).
Another potential pitfall is that you can’t recognize your own narcissistic way, try to cut that shit down yourself and treat others the way you want to be treated.
TL;DR: Only kill people for things you would accept being killed for yourself.
