McFarlane has done 4 (Deku, Bakugou, All Might, Shigaraki) , with 4 more coming soon (Uraraka, Kirishima, Todoroki, Iida). Wave 2 will be shown in its entirety at Toy Fair in a couple weeks (they were shown packaged at London Toy Fair so they seem to be just about ready to release). Maybe we'll see prototypes of wave 3, like we did for wave 1 last year. Good time to release Mirio, though his main major arc just passed, and I'm surprised we still haven't seen Aizawa.
Figma have done 2 (Deku, Bakugou) and 3 more coming (Uraraka, Kirishima, Todoroki). I assume 2-3 will be shown at WonderFest, most in unpainted form, maybe with some teasers for the future.
Other options are Bandai America with 3 coming (Deku, Bakugou, All Might), and Amazing Yamaguchi with 2 coming (Deku, All Might).
