Some of the figures will be pretty well put together with good paint apps, then you have those that are well put together with bad paint apps, then you'll find the uglies that are pretty much broken in package. Some of said broken could easily be put back together, some not so much but that shouldn't be a customers responsibility to maybe fix.
Another factor is the issues range wildly from figure line to figure line.
Most of the newer predators since around the time of ultimate Ahab I haven't seen nearly as many exploding hip issues but before that it was a shitshow.
Most human based figures like various Ash, various Jason's, freddys I've never seen to much issue except paint app issues.
The newer gremlins are for the most part well made but when an issue happens it's always the legs
