>>7996793Honestly, I don't collect many toys. But if it's from a franchise I love then it's kind of pointless for me to worry about such things. Especially if kids are meant to play with them.
Like a good example is I have the majority of Jazwares (yes, I know) Sonic 20th anniversary line. The quality is irrelavent to me because the packing is visually appealing (with it's game/level background depending on who the character is). other things like Legos is kind of redundant, I mean, it's lego...
Super hero stuff/Kaijus/Giant robots are pretty easily told about their quality.
I never play with my toys. I never actually never played with my toys but I like using them for decorative purposes. However, there are somethings I'd rather have statues of, but the odds of specific things ever becoming highly detailed statues is pretty slim. So I'd settle for the toys themselves.
I never listen to reviewers, people have different standards and I understand how everyone wants the best of the best. But if I'm getting TMNT toys, I already kind of expect what I'm getting. So it just seems kind of funny to me to worry about such things. I mean, if you don't like it...just return it.
>>7996798I always viewed Transformers like a puzzle. I used to try and Transform my beast war figures and try to see if I can figure it out without looking at instructions. But that's just me personally.
