Though I am sad to see the remains of that Terminator Redemption looking T-800, I am surprised to see all the other good shit you have lying around. One of the first figures I took note of was that Kratos. Given the number of arnie heads you've still got, I was thinking of a Kenner esc crazy repaint with a weird back story.

I was even thinking you could use the shoulder paldrons off that Weiland Yutani Commando, just the give the figure more of a stark presence, and paint him up with a war-boys esc paint job, complete with black war paint around the eyes, red eyes, and bizarre aboriginal styled tattoos everywhere else.
Aside from that, I also noticed the Prometheus engineer and the nuke head, and was reminder of the crazy ass terminator/predator/aliens crossover. I thought you could try your hand at making the weird T-800/Xenomorph fusion from that, pic related, using those parts and some of the military fatigue legs.
The only other idea that came to mind, was the prospect of making a figure of the batman that shows up in the "Batman vs Terminator" online short using the armored batman head, using the gears of war parts from the lower right and the previously mention batman head.
