A. Just saying fuck it, retcon that Arcee was ALWAYS female and was simply brainwashed into THINKING she was trans as part of a scheme to turn her into a murder machine, because Jhiaxus was a complete monster once Hasbro made them introduce 100% natural female Transformers
B. Just say fuck it, have her die a heroic death saving everyone during Dark Cybertron, and never mention her again. Especially since by the point of Dark Cybertron, Hasbro was wheeling out Windblade, who became the defacto female face of the franchise because by that point, Arcee was too much damaged goods to use anymore and pretty much full-on retire Pink Arcee from all media and use the TF Prime version (who was a blue motorcycle) for all future incarnations of the character.
If anything though, I have to blame Chris Ryall over anyone else since Arcee was one of his pet characters he kept forcing everyone to push because Ryall was an anti-life spewing SJW who has openly stated he saw the Hasbro toy properties as nothing more than a vehicle to shit on things men like/rape their childhood because he could rape it, and made a huge point of saying (when he was fired for nearly getting the IDW contract voided, forcing Roberts to have to eat the ass of every major Hasbro executive to save IDW's butts) that he regretted NOTHING in regards to pushing tranny shit and blamed fans for being bigots for daring oppose it.
