Figuarts is the only especially good one I've found. I wish they had him in the different jackets, though. Would be cool to put, like, a row of them in different poses in front of a background together on my dresser.

I remember the Revoltech uses the way the joints of theirs work to play up the "skinny" wrists and ankles of Lupin. It was a clever solution.

Yeah, pretty much the figuarts. There was a banpresto one that was pretty legit with cloth clothing based on the Cogliostro design though.

I bought this off ebay for like $100. Look up lupin Charawheels, they're not rare, they're just Japan exclusive. They also have other properties in the Charawheels line, like ultraman and bttf.
