Universe Grimlock sucks compared to POTP Grimlock, though he's not amazing either.
TR Scourge is more cartoon accurate, but he's not as nice of a figure as the Universe one.
Trailbreaker's supposidely getting an Earthrise figure, so you're probably good to toss the T30 one.
Classics Hot Rod is shit, go for the Legends/TR figure.
Windcharger got a good figure in the POTP line, but the 2010 figure is still pretty nice itself.
Siege Springer and Ultra Magnus are pretty good, but wether or not you want to trade your T30 IDW Springer and CW IDW Ultra Magnus for them is up to personal tastes.
You COULD replace Universe Mirage with Siege Mirage, but the latter's tiny bit shoddy.
The Datsun guys are supposidely getting good molds in Earthrise, so you'd be good to replace those self-destructing Universe ones.
RTS Perceptor is garbage, so swap him out with the TR one.
Sideswipe/RedAlert and Ironhide/Ratchet SHOULD be swapped with their Siege figures, and we just got a new Cliffjumper that's not just a recolored Bumblebee.
