Those are Doctor Who Sonic Screwdrivers. Loo to be a few different ones....I think there's at least the Tennant Doctor's there. And that's Harry Potter's wand on the far right.

Not sure if it's the same brand or whatever but I have a friend who literally drops hundreds of dollars for her replica Harry Potter wands. I don't know much about HP but they look quality and realistically weighted.
