>>8024646>The car kibble is obtrusive and hangs off just because it has to be thereI wouldn't really go that far. The shoulder/back kibble is literally part of Arcee's design so nobody is going to complain about that. Nicee's kibble looks different than G1 Arcee but it's still regognizable as one of her main features. As for the hip kibble, It's no more obtrusive than any other skirt kibble that has ever existed on a toy. Some folks also find that it gives it a bit of flair to the design and silhouette, like it's part of a skirt or coat. They also look like they can pretty easily be moved out of the way since they're on a joint and they're pretty thin too. This isn't like the giant coat kibble on Hasbro's Crosshairs figures so I don't think it's gonna be as obtrusive as you're making it out to be.
Also, none of this is in any way, shape, or form, being pushed for the sake of intentional controversy or anti SJW agenda because the fact of the matter is, Asia does not give a flying fuck about any of that and this is being made with an Asian market in mind. They love sexy anime girls.
>They could have sold an action figure under an original property, but they wanted that extra draw from TF fansThe same could be said about ANY 3p company that recreates a character. Look at FansProject or Perfect Effect. Look at Iron Factory. None of those designs are accurate in the slightest to the original designs so by your logic, what was the point in even making them out to be TF characters? They wanted to do their own take on the design, simple as that.
>toy that looks like shit in vehicle modeIf you're saying this, then you never really like Arcee's alt mode in the first place. It was always a weird stylized space car.
At the end of the day, why do you even care? Don't like it? Then don't buy it. It's not like BigFireBird is diverting resources from something else that you care about to make this or impacting anything else on the market.
