So SOC GaoGaiGar is getting a reissue. I'm wondering if I should go in on it since I missed the first release or wait for the pose+.

It's a good figure but shows it's age a bit.

Go for the SOC. The P+ is still like one year away and even if it ends up being better than the SOC, you'll be able to sell the SOC at almost no loss.

They do? Well, fuck.

I think Sonokong could do it on the account of being part of neither Takara or Bandai, since the Braves are now owned by Bandai but the original toys were by Takara, but that's obviously not gonna happen if that's the case.

Takara can reissue the old toys no problem as they did under the Brave Revival Legends line years ago, though. Sunrise owns the shows, but not the original toys.

Funnily enough I bough my Brave Revival Legends Might Gaine (posted it here >>8023490 ) on Mandarake several years ago new in sealed box and it was pretty affordable. Could have bought Might Kaiser too, but I like regular Might Gaine better than the combination.

There might be some legal hurdles to go thru. Hasbro wanted some of the molds for Transformers when they were scrambling for as many molds as they could get back in 2002 and 2003, and specifically asked for Brave molds. It was legal issues of ownership that prevented it.
