Downlow, a brilliant scientist who turns into a deep-sea submersible who would just as soon never speak to anyone ever again.
And Breakthrough, basically a giant drill with a Decepticon hanging off it who does not do anything else, nor does he want to do anything else than bore tunnels. He only ever surfaces to refuel and have his armor refurbished. Useless as a warrior or for anything else than creating a network of tunnels. Anywhere.
