You and I are capable of cleanliness. How about we do that, because us taking care of ourselves means it doesn't spread to other people, and in turn spread further to other people and back even to other countries. This shit cycles around because of people, so the people who an stop it probably should. Its also no secret that the Chinese have almost zero safety and security measures, and that's not even just with diseases and viruses.
Go on /gif/ look any rekt thread and 90% of the deaths and accidents are usually from China. They have almost no regulations and people will walk right by an injured or dead person--a corpse in the middle of the street--and not give any fucks. Their society has done that to them; Any fuck up or accident is meant to be hidden away and turned a blind eye to, rather than acknowledged or fixed.
