How proper will this retro line be?
See that Duke? Notice how many pieces aren't actually from the original mold?
Nevermind we don't know the condition on these molds, which might need to be modified yet again if they were used too much.
>People even custom cast partsHasbro isn't going to stick shit in silicon molds. They're on a entirely higher plane of manufacturing, which is why they might not even be able to retool their factories to be able to construct them with the original engineering.
>the toy technology is different now. lol, you sound like my brother that was dropped on his head when he was a kid and talking about how highways could totally be made a hundred times better.
Toy manufacturing has changed very very little since high pressure injection molding was started in the 80s/90s.
Sure, it CAN be done differently, but the costs would be huuuge and unrealistic on the scale these toys are done on.
>They 100% are,Sorry, but the 25th happened over a decade ago.
The entire 1:18 market has moved on and improved since then, where even fucking Jazwares is making something that's better than what Hasbro did.
This doesn't mean i think they'll do 25th style GI Joes. I'll be impressed if Hasbro does do o-ring GI Joes, because that won't be cheap. This doesn't mean i won't be disappointed either, because i like my modern toys and don't really like 3.75" anymore.
