The flu and other viruses exist year round, but we don't catch them as frequently during other times. Only illnesses like plagues spread during the warmer months, because that shit comes from more contact with bugs and animals.
Unless there's something special about the coronavirus, aside from its slightly longer incubation period, it shouldn't be a problem by the end of April, especially with people being overly paranoid and actually being hygienic now.
