How's the hunt going for everyone who still shops at physical stores and the corona virus impeding shoppers?

Are shipments for toys still going out to stores or are groceries more important to put on the trucks?

I went out the other day and saw nothing new, but that might be the norm for this time of the year?
Lines are fucklong now at places like Target and Walmart, even though i don't see anyone buying a hoard of food and toiletry supplies anymore.
