How the fuck does shapeways not offer resin printing? If I were you I'd rather just save up and invest in something like an Elegoo printer. It's way better than that sandstone filament shit they still use.

If you wait it out (or if you can sculpt) the plunderlings has a decent range and variety of heads and weapons/gear. They're bound to do women bodies eventually, or you can just sculpt on the hair and boobs, and repaint the eyes.

Since you're gonna be chopping things up and painting them green, Capsule Chix may be a good buck body for your goblin girl, OP. They're in about the right scale for a 1/12 short stack girl. They also have pretty good articulation for a girly toy. The only downside is that they're all random, so you may get some parts that you don't need.
