I'm pretty sure i said it's entirely voluntary and that they can work at home if they want.
Last week i was pretty much the only one there, except for a manager who shows up at 5am just to have shit ready or checked for the people working at home, who leaves when i get there.
Nevermind that warehouse work is lonely work and anyone who has shown up had at least 20 feet of space from anyone when shipping stuff. Nevermind we have enough cubicles and rooms that no one ever has to be within 6 feet of one another and literal walls to protect them from sneezes. Nevermind I've had plastic gloves and face masks (including various kinds of respirators) for anyone to use and have always been available since forever.
check out my hoard at home. Thankfully i have enough replacement filters to last me the year, because you can no longer buy them unless you're a medical professional or emergency worker.
...and now i wonder where my full face mask went.
Stay mad and irrational forever, bitter grudge holder.
Also, at work we have even more cleaning and disinfecting products, and I've let workers take masks and paper towels home. Shit barely gets used and they're hard to find now, so why not.
